Saddle up on one
of our fleet of well-trained and friendly donkeys and join the caravan
that's headed for the hills. You'll be travelling on the same paths and
trails (and in the same style) That Galileans have been travelling on for
thousands of years. Make camp on shady hillsides facing biblical vistas
that remain unchanged since time immemorial.

"And Abraham rose early in the morning, and saddled his donkey; and took two of his young men with him."

Hitch a plow to
one of our donkeys and work the land in the style of our forefathers.
Gather your harvest onto the threshing floor and then proceed to winnow
the wheat from the chaff. Finally, put your shoulder to the wheel of an
ancient gridstone to prepare the whole-grain flour which you will bake in
a genuine "taboon" oven to prepare crisp, fresh pita bread.

"And when ye reap the harvest of your land, though shall not wholly reap the corners of thy field, neither shalt though gather the gleaning of thy harvest. And though shalt not glean thy vinyard; Though shalt leave them for the poor and the stranger."
Leviticus 19:19

Galilean shepherd for a day as you lead our flock home from the pastures
for shearing and milking. Cheesemaking and spinning and weaving wool are
other activities taking place at the sheep pens.
